Dr. Londoño Tobón is a psychiatrist and researcher with expertise in perinatal, childhood, family, and cultural aspects of mental health. She has authored several publications in scientific journals and is increasingly involved in writing and providing expert interviews for mainstream media. Additionally, she is interested in advocating for mental health topics and disseminating scientific information. She has presented in numerous national and international venues.
Dr. Londoño Tobón received her bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University and her medical degree from Stanford University. She completed her psychiatry residency and child psychiatry fellowship at Yale University. Dr. Londoño Tobón also completed a perinatal mental health and research fellowship at Brown University. She is currently a faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry at Georgetown University Medical Center, MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.
